Hooah- stands for anything but no. • Greatest joy is to lead the peace a legacy. • Never forget where you started. Leadership is a choice and the first person you must lead is yourself • I must be a standard for others • Who we are in the inside • Repeated the Warrior Ethos • When you figure out the mission- you figure out your purpose • Be available- never be a fallen comrade Lead with your heart & mind; struggle is good • Have to care for people • Write down your top 3 strengths & weaknesses • Stop and recognize the moment and every day you should be better • Your success ends at midnight • When you do you everything right and get • As a leader- when you communicating are you getting what you wanted or what you asked for? Leadership invest in people by building relationships Leaders circulate, communicate, and connect. Leaders make a difference: go beyond success to significance. • Raise the goal • Significance is about changing lives.
