I wonder....

I wonder why people believe that "anyone" can be a special education teacher.   So tired of people pushing people toward special education knowing that the person is not the right fit.  "You know her/his dad were great teachers and insert name would be wonderful"  "We really need a coach and s/he would be a great fit"  "Come on..it is just special education, those kids just need someone in front of them."

Had a professional development set-up for teachers.
Just got the notification that the presenter is unable to come.
